FAQ

The fine print, plainly

Is there a trial?: Yes — every install of Streamix Studio runs a 14-day trial with the full Creator feature set, no account or card needed. When it ends the app locks to an activate screen: nothing is deleted, and a running stream or recording is never interrupted by a licence check. Pick a plan and sign in to keep going.
Is there a free plan?: No. Streamix Studio is a paid product with a full-featured trial. After the trial you need Creator, Pro or Business to stream, record or edit.
What counts as a device seat?: Each machine you sign in on activates one seat against your licence (2 / 5 / 25 by plan). Deactivate a device from the portal or the app to free the seat; the server only stores a salted hash, never the raw machine id.
What happens offline?: The app caches your entitlements and a signed offline token. You keep working for 7 days after the last successful check; after that the app locks once you are off air, and unlocks again the moment it can reach the licence server.
Monthly or yearly?: Yearly plans are billed once a year at the price shown (roughly ten months for the price of twelve). You can switch interval at renewal from the customer portal.
Do you charge for AI generation?: No. AI providers are bring-your-own-key (OpenAI, Higgsfield). You pay the provider directly; Streamix meters spend locally and never proxies the calls.
